I designed a Reporting Dashboard for Broadbean UK. Broadbean has a lot of insight into all kinds of data concerning recruitment systems. If provided in the right way, these data can be cashed.
The aim of the project was to give recruiters and HR professionals insight and overview by offering Big Data Analytics on all data sets, recruitment systems and processes and this service for money to the various players in the recruitment market.
The solution was found in reducing the number of tables and graphs and a dashboard approach to all content. The indexing of different information made it comparable, different layers of information could be displayed in one interactive graph and a beautiful design of the whole made it complete.
My role in this project was to analyze the available data and translate the insights from this into interactive and visually clear solutions.
The result was that this service was sold several times on the basis of mockups even before it was built.
