Franx is a new label in the field of currency transactions and a 100% subsidiary of ABN AMRO. I designed the customer journey, the flow and the screens for the mobile first responsive website for the 'onboarding' of new customers. The complexity lay in the different legal forms and the associated identification and signing powers. And a large number of links with internal and external systems to check the validity of the requesting company. In addition, the safety of personal and company-sensitive data was a strong point of attention. Franx has recently been successfully introduced to the market.
